Respect for the environment (Environmental Policy)
BEDEL management ensures that all visitors to the company's premises are reminded of the ecological dangers that our environments risk and the good reflexes that allow us to preserve them through numerous posters.
With regard to the collection, sorting to facilitate the recycling of the various waste and other concrete actions which constitute our policy of respect for the environment, we have integrated this special procedure (recycling and respect for the environment procedure:
Responsibilities:
The director and department heads are responsible for writing, updating and applying the procedure.
The quality manager is responsible for verifying the procedure.
Management is responsible for validating the procedure.
The quality manager ensures that the procedure is effectively applied during internal audits.

The following pages describe the arrangements adopted for the application of the environmental protection process to BEDEL.
Developing employees’ ecological awareness
A permanent display on the walls allows BEDEL visitors to remember that we are responsible for our ecological environment. A periodic brochure will be put in place to inform employees about ecological news.

Setting up a system to facilitate recycling
Waste disposal
The sorting instructions are easy to read at a glance, promoting understanding of the action and the quality of sorting by eliminating the risk of using plastic bags, the presence of colors on the bins makes it possible to memorize and install the new reflex.
Sorting waste at source requires a proactive approach on the part of staff.
Often, the best wishes can be quickly thwarted if this new habit becomes synonymous with complication and inconvenience. Selective collection requires the user to have a practical organization
Remove and recycle waste
Paper represents almost half of our garbage. It is recycled to make toilet paper, egg cartons, cardboard, etc. Better quality paper waste from offices can be recycled into printing paper or writing paper.
Hundreds of empty bottles and jars are thrown away every year. They are generally made with lightweight glass. Too fragile to be reused several times, these containers are not returned but thrown away after use. More and more often, they are placed in special containers. They are collected and recycled to make a new glass. Used glass containers are taken to the glassworks.
Many plastic bottles and flasks are used at BEDEL. The plastics recycling sector is the most recent in Morocco.
